Meet 
Tim

Tim Greenberg is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant with
extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. With 14 years in childcare and 5 years in finance, Tim brings a unique blend of expertise to his practice.

He holds an MBA and a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL), and his research has delved into the correlation between various leadership styles and their impact on Childcare Quality Ratings across the Greater Toledo area.

Tim spent 2 years as an assistant director and curriculum coordinator for a Gold Awarded Childcare center, where he mentored other teachers and coached over 18 staff members. He moved on to work as a Business Consultant for childcare centers across Northwest Ohio, providing mentoring and leadership coaching to over 25 directors and administrators. Tim demonstrated that by building their business on their values, they create a strong foundation to endure hardships, reduce turnover, and attract high-
quality staff who fit their culture and cause.

Tim's coaching journey began on the track, where he coached Track and Field at both the high school and collegiate levels. His own athletic career is distinguished by setting school records and being part of a nationally ranked
4x400m relay team. His dedication to leadership started early, attending leadership retreats in middle school, captaining varsity sports teams, and earning accolades such as Athlete of the Year in high school.

In his professional career, Tim has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive change and inspire those around him. He transformed classrooms by empowering teachers to see themselves as leaders, not just instructors. His colleagues commend him for his empathetic leadership style, often recommending him for management and supervisory roles. As a coach, Tim's influence extended beyond the track, shaping the lives of young adults and
instilling in them the values of hard work and diligent planning.

Tim is deeply committed to the principle of treating others with dignity and believes in the power of collective effort to make meaningful changes. His mentorship has guided individuals to become physical therapists, military officers, childcare network directors, teachers, and venture capitalists. Tim's mission is to restore humanity to the workplace and empower others to take risks and innovate.

 

Tim resides with his wife Allison, a talented ceramic artist and business owner, and their two dogs, August and Remington. In his free time, he enjoys bonsai gardening, playing Magic the Gathering, and writing music. Tim's

holistic approach to leadership development seeks to uncover the potential within each individual, helping them to become the leaders they aspire to be.
